1 Confirm your number & get our line Right after you sign up, we’ll send you a text asking: “Is this the number your customers call?” Reply YES to confirm. We’ll then text you our ai HandyBoost™ phone number and short setup instructions. Everything is by text — we don’t email. 💬 You’ll get: our AI line number + how to forward calls to it.
2 Turn on call forwarding On your cell phone: open the Phone app (or go to your carrier’s website / app). Find Call Forwarding or “When busy / no answer” and set the forward-to number to the ai HandyBoost™ number we sent you. That way when a customer calls your business line and you’re busy or don’t pick up, the call goes to our AI instead of voicemail. 📱 Tip: AT&T *90, Verizon *71 for “busy only”; or use *72 + our number for “forward all” (varies by carrier).
3 Receive jobs by text & reply 1 or 2 When a customer calls your number, the call is forwarded to our line. Our AI answers, asks for their address, type of work, and when they need it, then hangs up and sends you a short summary by text with a link to the full details. You reply 1 to accept the job (we’ll connect you) or 2 to decline. No missed calls, no lost leads. ✓ AI answers → we text you → you reply 1 (accept) or 2 (decline).
